Whole Andalusia upside down because of the state visit?

Hi all,

It was funny for me to read that because Michelle Obama spends four day holiday in Marbella, whole region is litteraly upside down. The roads were repaired, the trees were planted. It all seems like the concept of Potemkin villages to me :-) Thoughts?
