It’s a great honor to invite you to the 13th ICRS World congress in Sorrento – the world-famous beautiful city looking over the azure waters to the island of Ischia, Capri and the Bay of Naples. ICRS is a unique forum to discuss multidisciplinary topics related to cartilage research and therapy including basic science, clinical investigation and industrial development. Our World Congress, held every 18 months, is especially important to accomplish our mission by providing a unique chance to meet our colleagues with the same interest and learn from the world’s top experts in this field. In addition, it may be a special experience to get acquaintance with new friends from all over the world and share productive and meaningful time over discussions on the common topics of interest. In addition, the combination of such academic activities with beautiful moments of cultural and social activities, this could be an unforgettable memory for each participant. ICRS wants to provide such special opportunity to all of you.
Our society is young and friendly and keen to welcome not only our members but also those who have rarely or never attended our congresses. Please come along and find out what we are all about. In recent years we have taken special respect for integrating scientific and clinical aspects of each session so that we can all learn from each other.
