Champions for Change Golf Tournament

We would like to cordially invite you to participate in our 1st Annual Community Healthcore Foundation "Champions for Change" Golf Tournament on Monday, May 16, 2022. Champions for Change will take place at Pinecrest Country Club in Longview with lunch and registration starting at 11:30 A.M. and a shotgun start at 1:00 P.M.

Your participation in our event raises essential funds for Community Healthcore services to help adults, children, and families with mental illnesses, substance use disorders, and intellectual and developmental disabilities in Northeast Texas achieve DIGNITY, INDEPENDENCE, and their DREAMS.

With May being Mental Health Awareness Month, the tournament will also be an opportunity to support mental health awareness and to break down the stigma of mental illness in our communities. Making you a Champion for Change!

With your support, over 50 years of service to people in need in Northeast Texas will continue and strengthen. Together we are stronger, together we are better. Let's continue to make a difference in the lives of those in our communities.
