AIM
This course will provide you with the necessary tools, techniques and processes to evaluate the opportunity, develop the business case and deploy the implementation plan to integrate automation into your business.

OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

Concisely articulate what is automation, and what it is not

Describe the multitude of benefits of utilising automation

Identify the barriers-to-entry and how to overcome or mitigate them

Perform an evaluation as to when automation will benefit a given process

Perform a robust ‘Return on Investment’ analysis and create a high level business case

Utilise various business tools, techniques and processes for when implementing automation

Select the most appropriate technology, application and techniques for a given business requirement

Describe the future trends and developments of automation, and their correlation with competitiveness

This course is for “decision makers” within a business who are either considering, or have been tasked with, introducing automation into their business, such as: Senior Engineers, Project Managers, Finance Teams or Business Owners of SMEs etc.
