Foreign debt is apparently a big issue in Algeria. I would like to know from your opinion, do you think that foreign help, such as the one you received from the Paris Club, actually help Algeria or worsen the situation in longer run?

it's very difficult to answer to this question, but we can not deby that this may help Algeria in somehow manner...the relations between the two countries were for decades so hard to convene but the past tensions may everlast in memories
