Landed in Germany, looking for a Job

Hello everyone!!!
I am Portuguese and i came to germany to do an internship, in a few months it will be over.
But i want to stay in germany. I never had german before i learn all in here so i don't speak very fluently but i hope to find a place to learn.
Can someone share experiences about what to do when coming to germany looking for a job?
