3 month stay in Israel for the developers (tech consultations)

Hi everyone,

I will be very thankful if someone will provide me any information how to invite the software developers for the 3 months (tech consultants) to Hi-tech company in Israel from the countries like Russia, Ukraine, etc. (that don't need a visas to Israel)?
