Everest Base Camp Trekking

Everest Base Camp is known as high altitude trek which is one of the most popular trekking routs in Nepal, It is bottom of Khumbu Ice fall and more than thousand of trekkers go to visit every year through the historic route of the world’s highest mountain. This trek is starting from Lukla after flying from Kathmandu or walk from Jiri and we are walking via Dudh Koshi known as “Milk River”, climb upwards to the Namche bazaar which is called gate way of Mt. Everest. Namche Bazar is known as sherpa capital where most of tourist take one day rest for acclimatization, with a number of rest days offer an exceptional way to acclimatize safely.
Trekking starting through Sherpa villages, forests of fir and rhododendron and across high suspension bridges meeting caravans of Zobkyo (a yak-cow crossbreed) along the way. From Tengboche we can see incredible sunset of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse and Ama Dablam,Thamsherku etc... Climbing above the trek line to cross alpine pastures and glacial moraine you eventually reach Base Camp, high on the Khumbu Glacier where colorful expedition tents give a bizarre appearance to this desolate place surrounded by rock, snow and ice, next morning climb to Kalapather (5,546m) which is highest point of the trek for to see unforgettable sun rise of Mt Everest.
