Duration shows N/a on Eserve website

Dears,

Today i issued exit reentry visa for my family thru absher system for 180 days duration. Instead of selecting return before date, I applied duration : 180 days.. and after issuing I printed too. On print, it shows duration 180 but when i checked on other website eserve, it shows visa is valid but info duration shows N/A, also date return before shows N/A.

please share if someone has experienced this problem.. however the visa printed from absher it showing duration 180/
