Hi... yes.. as above says.. there is no problem for having a visa even if you have a valid visa from other country - even within GCC -

UAE government has nothing do to with any other countries visa (iqama).

Hi friends! I hope you are all doing well. I came in Dubai on a visa-on-arrival status. I have an iqama with accountant profession on it, that is why, I was able to enter in Dubai. My question is, I still have a valid iqama in Saudi Arabia for 9 months. My re-entry visa is 60 days valid, and is still valid. Here you go! Can I acquire a UAE working visa/permit even if I still have a valid iqama in Saudi Arabia Please let me know! Thank you in advance and more power!

Dear Ms. Joanita Salians,
Good day.
Unfortunately you will get 6 months ban from Ministry of Labor as long as you have used pink visa, but you can get another visa if:
1) New company doesn't have labor system.
2) New company will provide you at lest salary of AED 5000 and you are carrying certificate attested from UAE MOFA at lest 12 standard.
3) To wait for 6 months from date of cancelation, then you will be able to apply another visa anywhere in UAE without any problem.I hope that answers your question.
Regards,

Dear Sir,
Greetings!!!
My name is Jonita Salians. I reside in India-Mumbai. I came to Dubai on 22 July'2013 on Employment Visa which was done by Nstyle International. I resigned Nstyle for making fake promises and getting me to Dubai. My visa was made for 2 months I didn't do my medical for which i didn't get a visa stamped on my passport.
I wish to apply for a job in Dubai again and wanted to check if I've got any ban. I'm awake with rule and regulation as I've stayed there of 3 years but just wanted to know if the company has asked for a ban.
Awaiting for your reply.
Thanks & Regards
Jonita Salians
