GateWay's Introduction to Taiji 10-week course meets twice weekly - Tuesdays at 11:30am and Wednesdays at 5:30pm. Each class includes stretching, breathing and warm up exercises, and you will learn Part 1 of the 108 Move Yang Style Long Form in just 10 weeks. Instructor Bill Buckley is an internationally ranked Taiji instructor and Qigong master with over 30 years' experience.
Practicing Taiji (pronounced Tie Chee) has countless proven health benefits, including reduced stress and enhanced balance, flexibility, memory, body awareness and circulation. Classes meet in the beautiful, sunlit GateWay Taiji studio in Portsmouth's West End.
