From the Winemakers Private Stash, we are releasing Little Secret! Our Italian Nebbiolo aged for over two years. Loved for it's full body and floral aromas, Nebbiolo is well-known for its rich rose aromas and mouth-drying tannins.

It took Bob​ two years to say Nebbiolo and two sips swirling around before he hid it all in the wine cellar. After a lot of discussion, he has agreed to release the 2020 Vintage to you. Just in time for your summer meals.

Nebbiolo is a red wine that pairs well with a variety of foods. Bob is known for having his with a selection of Asian inspired foods, some exquisite pairing ideas include Fontina cheese, pasta with sausage, mushroom risotto, gnocchi, veal osso buco, chicken cattiatore, costoletta alla Valdostana and beef with garlic and pepper sauce. The high acidity and prominent tannins found in nebbiolo-based wines go well with meaty Italian-style dishes such as braised meats, ribeye steaks or bean-based vegetarian chilis. You can also try pairing it with regional dishes that include tomato-based sauces, garlic, olives, pizza and butternut squash.
