looking for an old friend

Hi All

I am looking for an old friend from Burgas, but i dont have chance to find him.
That is why i decided to post here, maybe someone knows him and would help me out.
the only thing i know about my friend is that he was from Plovdiv, and his name is Pavel Pavlov Arsenov.

He was living in Macedonia few years ago.
