How do you survive driving in Prague?

How does anyone make it around Prague in a car? The streets are so small and confusing, and it always seems like you're going in the wrong direction. On top of it, the drivers all go so fast and are dangerously close to hitting pedestrians sometimes. For those of you who drive in Prague, how do you do it?

    I'm asking myself the same question! :-D
    Thanks God that I don't have to drive around there, but every time I am there I always wonder if I could manage.
