Advice on working in Gibraltar

Hi everyone!

I'm considering moving to Gibraltar soon, and I kind of need to know how is life there before I go.
I'm in Portugal, with no job and no perspectives of a future. Many people are emigrating, just as I plan to do.
I considered Gibraltar a good option, I've been there a couple of times, just visiting.

I worked in IT as a systems administrator, in help and support, in a call center. I have Microsoft MCP certification.
Five years ago I went to a University and got a Port Management degree. So I can also work in logistics, port authorities, marinas, etc.
I speak both Spanish and English. Fluently.

Can you tell me if there are available jobs there, in any of these areas?
Is it better for me to go there and talk directly to the companies or send my applications via Internet?

    Hay Everyone.
    I'm new to Gibraltar. 
    And looking to make new friends, work and hopefully a flat share.
    Does anyone know the best places to look?
    Finding a place to live is my priority ATM, so any help would be great.
