How can I study in lebenanes university.I have BSc in Electrical engineering and I like to countinue......Please answer if you know about this

  Yes you can continue your studies at a private university in Lebanon.
  You can pick the university from this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_universities_in_Lebanon
  
  See what they offer and go to register after checking their details.
  What will happen is they will transfer your courses and you will do the rest of the classes until you get your degree.
