Assalamalekum Brother Ahmad,
My Application form for Permanent Family Visa is getting rejected due to absence of change of profession sticker on passport from Jawazat. My Earlier profession was Masah Aam(General Surveyor). I hold a mechanical engineering degree. To avoid chaos, i decided to get my proffesion change to Engineer, which is now done. I have labor card & Iqama-both show my profession as Muhandis mechanical..I enquired from Jawazat , they are telling that they have new system in which they update the information only in the system & stopped putting any sticker on the passport. Isteqdam people dont understand it , they are telling they neeed it. I am stuck up between these two department & I dont know what to do.
I need help, please help me with his valuable advice.

no i v not visted before but whenever my husband checks online same reply come thats procedure is under processes so whts they way to find out they will accept or reject

have u visited Saudi Arbia before, same is happining with me,my wife visited last year and again i applied but they rejected, may be due to second time but i am not sure what is reason.
after online filling form, my company representative submit my form to MOFA and this is result

I am new to KSA since 4 months. I am on Plumber visa here in jeddah and the kafeel is also of jeddah. I am MBA and Certified in PMP plus other Certs.
I have been interviewed by some IT org they are 99% willing to hire me but the 1% that becomes heavier than the rest is that i am on
1- plumber visa-- they say, plumber has nothing to do with IT, so change your profession first then we will consider hiring you and
2- Iqama transfer-- they say, you will be 2 year free not under our sponsorship, this is a risk for us that you might leave and we can't have a binding contract with you because of this reason.
and in both the above cases, they say, that we are also under risk that someone from labour office might check with us then we will be under problem so as you.
Also they suppose that;If we hire you with your plumber prof not being under our sponsorship is a huge risk and if you are under our sponsorship suppose but agian with a plumber prof. is again a risk for us.
The HR manager of that org, suggested me to change my profession and change kifala.my questions are;
1- Can i change my profession? can guide me in that
2- Can i apply for kifala transfer, though i know there is limit that one can't apply before 2years.Imran,
