Where would Bilbao be without Guggenheim museum?

It seems to me that Bilbao put itself to the map of the world thanks to the Gehry's genius building. It's interesting to see that one building like that can bring such a fame to the city. I guess that without the museum, Bilbao would never be where it is now. Do you agree?

  The museum is not the best of bilbao. The traditions of the Basque people are very interesting. Particularly the museum I do not like.
