hi there, can anyone tell me on which website i can get information bout immigration ban frm abu dhabi,uae..
i worked in abu dhabi for 1 year and 3months, then resigned and had my visa cancellation last december 2010. im trying to get a visit visa again but the agency told me that i have immigration ban, was shocked becuase didnt thought of having one. please help me find a website wherein i can check if the ban really exist en how i got it,,

Kindly specify what type of Ban you have? Labor ban or Immigration Ban? If emigration ban then the reason as well

Hi... 2012 - 13 Amnesty Ban period is limited to one year as per UAE Ministry. If so it should be automatically removed from system after the completion period. No one wants to go to immigration for removing it as its completely systematic. Instead of 12 months wait for 13 months and try your luck to get the visa

how i can know about my friend ban. he was banned around fie years ago because of Saudi Arabia fake IQAMA case. i want to know is his ban period is finish for UAE or not yet ?

Mr.Sohail, I would like to ask your help regarding my ban status, I left Dubai last 2010 and I was for sure I am cleared when I contacted my employer our HR team, and last 2013 I went to Kuwait , I was hired by another employer after two months our hr of my employer in kuwait has spoken to me that my name was on the blacklist according to police record and ministry from kuwait, they have explain to me that my name was on red flag and has a case pending from Dubai, when they called my former employer in Dubai , it was informed that they did not file a case from me and I am cleared totally when I left Dubai last 2010. With all our astonishment that there. Is no case detail reported from Kuwait ministry only a case number filed against me. So they advice me to sent back home in my country, as I am not allowed to stay longer in Kuwait. We also wonder that if I have a ban case or whatsoever why in the first place I was granted a visa in Kuwait. And they can also detect me at airport immigration during my arrival that time. Until now I am still unclear on how it happen. They advice me to clear my name in Dubai but I have no record in Dubai, some also say it maybe a mistaken identity ? But how come it is the same my full name details appeared in Ministryolice of Kuwait. Until I am still confused and I cannot comeback since I have a lot of offers in middle east. Please can you help me to check my records even if it end to pay your service. Does it also affect in all GCC countries. As they said to me if I am blacklisted , I am not allowed to work in all GCC countries, but I don't know what is my case , I have not done anything wrong , I only exited Dubai legally. Hi to all my friends,I want to know when a ban period is over is it going to get deleted from the UAE system automatically or someone should go n inform them about the finishing of the Ban period.
I got one year ban when i came back in last Amnesty 2012-2013 in last january now my one year period is over can i get the visa to go back in UAE .
Mr. Sonu help me on this issue pls.@ Girish

It can be by mistake - change of passport number in system. You may please proceed directly to emigration department and check with them about this.

Hi Every1..
i want to ask about ban for my brother, as his visa was applied but rejected for 3 times due to security reasons..got to know from one of the travel agent hes banned to enter in uae, he has never traveled to any country nor uae also..
i want to bring my brother ..please suggest what are the possibilities..
