This evening has been created with love and with the intention of bringing mamas together to honour and celebrate their transition into motherhood through meditation, story telling, intention bracelet wrapping, and restorative yoga.You will be surrounded by glowing candles, floating flowers, essential oils and beautiful vibrations.This night is for you to celebrate your pregnancy and to honour your journey in a sweet and spiritual way. Mamas in any stage of their pregnancy are welcome to join. 

Each mama will be gifted a reminder bracelet and a beautiful jar of natural bath soaking salts

Wear: 
Anything that you feel comfortable in. There will be restorative yoga elements of the evening where you will be supported by props in relaxing yoga poses.

Bring:
Just a few fresh cut flowers or dried flowers. There will be a large bowl filled with natural epsom salts that each mama will add their flowers into. These salts will be poured into individual glass jars and gifted to each mama to take home. A beautiful way to relax with pouring them into a warm bath to enjoy.

This special night will bring about a sense of release, peace and warmth for your entire spirit. You will leave with a stronger connection to self, baby and the mamas who shared this evening with you.

Our Mama Blessing celebrates a group of expecting mamas at once. It is less ceremonial than a traditional mother blessing where the focus is on one mama with blessings, poems and an alter. Our evening doesn't have songs, an alter or actual blessings. Our evening involves restorative yoga, meditation, and intention setting.
