Often utilizing postmortem data to improve processes for upcoming cycles, available metrics for budget forecasting and planned production deployment purchases.  Collecting, analyzing, and improving on metrics, such as service availability data, performance measures, system health, and long-term trends used to standardize new automation tools, techniques, and applications resulting in greater productivity and optimal use of current automation systems. Supervising teams of lab technicians ranging in size from small to large.
