Need a Help to Starting a new Business in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Hola,

I am In Buenos Aires, Argentina from 31st August 2008 to 26th September 2008. In this time I want setup a company and incorporate, Tax Registration and other necessary work to finish. But I have problem I don't understand Spanish, and also don't know how will be incorporation a local company. I need friendly help from someone how can speak English and Spanish and friendly help to do this work as soon as possible.

I am agree to pay.
