Hi Mr. Krish,
This is with reading about the gratuity law of bahrain. i just finish 15in month and i canceled my visa from current employer.
at the time of settlement they didn't mentioned the gratuity for 15in months. they are giving leave salary of 15in month only.
but about the gratuity the are telling i am not eligible for that. coz i need to finish 3 years for gratuity.
can you please help me in this matter. if there is any law of gratuity so please provide the link or LAW Act Article No. so i can show it to my employer.
