I really need a reply and need a good advise on my resignation, I'm working in this company for 2 years now i finished my contract and i got a new offer that is really good and having a privilege to take my family with me, i submitted my resignation 3 times in the post office and handed my resignation personally to our HR, i also paid my visa to them first day i joined that company they locally hired me but as they said it's their company policy, so i paid BD 230 for my visa and now i finished my contract and wanted to leave which they are not allowing they said i have to stay for 6 mos before they will let me to leave, im in a 1 month transition period to hand over mu work, i also have all my documents the signed contract my RP stamp copy but my passport with them, can i do an irrevocable resignation since i did the proper procedure for my resignation and leave after my notice period and what action should i take?
Please help me i really need an advise.
