Hello everyone. I've been working for a famous company in bahrain in their technical dipartment as the main responsible person for two years as per the contract that I have signed. I've successfully completed my two years with out any problems and after that they have offered me an offer for the next two years for me to renew my contract. But because of my personal and family situation i decided not to accept the offer and leave the company. At that time I asked from the management for a Service letter for the work that I profomed for the past two years. But they refused to give me such a letter. So what shall I do regrading this matter and is there are any legal way I can over come this problem. I really need a service letter for me to apply for a local job where I live in My country to fill that two years. Can anyone help me please.
Thank you.
