Budget not suitable for good quality housing

As a leading property agency, we would not recommend a property between BD 250 - 300 especially with your high salary. The apartments in this price range are located in poorer neighbourhoods with low-cost housing which do not offer adequate facilities, such as parking or central airconditioning (which is necessary against the heat).
Adliya is no longer considered a luxury area due to outdated buildings. Semi-furnished apartments in this price range are not considered luxury apartments. More than 90% of luxury apartments in Bahrain are already fully furnished.
We would only recommend a budget of minimum BD 450 per month, and this will provide a 2 bedroom luxury furnished apartment with facilities in Juffair or Seef Area.
