Belgian f card

I have got belgian f card,i stayed in belgium from sep 2013 to dec 2014 ,my belgian f card expiry is 2018 october,i am staying in my homeland since from dec 2014 to current date,as my mother was sick and ill,so i did not go back belgium and while leaving belgium in oct 2014 i did not inform geemente house about my departure from belgium
and somebody told me that you can not stay outside belgium more than 6 months on belgian f card,
Please tell me that if i will go back to belgium after 11 months then will they allow me to enter from brussels airport??
Will they depot me from belgium to pakistan??
