    Hi Maria,

Hi have the appeal letter that will be needing for my objection against denial of my visit application.. I did also call the embassy for we were so confused where to send the appeal letter. The lady from the embassy told me that it is stated in the refusal letter where can i exactly appeal. And she told me in its in Belgium, my boyfriend did translate it also and he told me the address. Do you think we can send it directly to the said ALIEN LITIGATION COUNCIL? Lucky are you that you will be able to send it to the Embassy, i am from ILOILO CITY and i need to travel from here to get in to the Embassy. By the way if you don't mind can i ask what is the reason your tourist visa got refused before? And how did you know that your visa got approved? who did notify you? Did you received a mail or a phone call? Sorry Maria, i got alot of questions, i am just making sure that everything will turn just fine.. :-) Hope to hear from you soon.. :-)

Hi again! I just would like to extend some help since some of the people I have met are also generous enough to share their knowledge and experience in fiancee visa application. My fiance did not send the said requirements to me. Those documents are needed for him to apply for Marriage Declaration Act in BE.

When it comes to your requirements, you need to provide your NSO Birth Certificate, NSO CENOMAR, Residence Certificate, SPA and Proof of Nationality. All are authenticated and legalized before you send those documents to your boyfriend.

Just look for my name on Facebook. It is letter Z and not S. Hehe! Here is the link of the blog. I used it as my guide during the processing of my papers. The blog is very detailed so it made easy for me.

Hello friends, I had my second interview yesterday and I have been contacted today that my visa is approved. They asked me to mail my flight ticket. I will do it next week but I wonder how long does it take to have my passport after I submit my ticket? So I plan my flight in accordance with this waiting time. I am so so happy!

    Hi Sharon:

I presented my appeal letter in person at the Embassy. I think you should do the same because they are the one notifying you about the decision. Im not sure but I think you have a month to present it.
Also they ask you to include your contact information: phone, address, email to notify the answer to you. Good Luck and thank you for your best wishes!
