Holaaa,
I just read this hilarious article about the fact that Brasil is the best place in the world to get plastically enhanced. No other country has so many plastic surgeons per capita! And the funny part? It draws almost as many tourists as the beaches.
Would you go under the knife in Brazil?

i don't remember when, but i read a couple articles about Brazilian plastic surgeons, and i agree, BUT, there are only some and they live in Rio, or São Paulo, and most of those articles said to have word of mouth from real clients from Italy, Canada, and even USA.so i believe it, but i'm never going to do it cuz i'm happy the way God made me. :D

That’s why I always recommend my friends to go through a company for the arrangements for plastic surgery, because they select the doctors they work with carefully defending the patients’ interests. I have contact with the company I used till today, they always want to know if my recovery is ok.my heart goes out to you!

I believe that the surgeries in Brazil are above our expectations. I contacted a company in Brazil (that was indicated by a friend of mine who went through this company) and I went there to perform breast implants and lift. It was a little bit expensive but very safe because my surgery was performed in an actual hospital and the company that arranged everything was very renowned. I am sure that if you go to Brazil you will live a great experience for the rest of your life. It is not only you body that will change but your mind too. So go ahead and live this great experience.

I have coworkers who are in Brazil right now, have just started their schedules of regularly flying to Rio. There was no problem with the travel at all. It's a long flight, that's the biggest problem. They fly alone and are working in Rio alone. They only speak English as well. I think you will be fine, especially since cosmetic surgery is so common, they are set up to take care of you and the fact that you only speak English.
