I already have a basic grasp on Portuguese. I want to take my language skills to the next level and live in a Portuguese speaking country - I know "Brasileiro" is different from "real" Portuguese, but I'd prefer to live in Rio than Lisbon.
I've been looking at two different options; university and a private language school.
The university option is proving a little complicated for me, and it looks like the courses start later than when I want to arrive.
I'm looking at private language schools instead. Are there any language schools in Rio that are accredited with the Ministry of Education and can issue me the necessary paper for me to apply for a student visa?
I know it's a bit of a weird question, but I thought I'd give it a try.
Thanks very much.
