I want to know how much broker fee does a real estate agent charge. I am planning to get a 3 bedroom house in Toronto. A real estate agent from a firm in Mississauga is helping me http://www.royallepagemississauga.ca/. The haven't told me the amount they will charge as commission. Does any one have an idea about how much they will charge?
