Vitae Conseil International Recruitment Agency is looking for a Site Manager for a global leader in Food service outsourcing and Facilities Management services. Launched in the 60’s, the company is present in 80 countries and has operations covering as many as 30 cities in China.
Missions:
As a Site Manager you will have the following responsibilities:
Manage a team of 200 crew members delivering services for more than 2000 employees in the following 4 units:
Catering (2 restaurants, 2 coffee shops, hospitality services),
People Services (one stop shop, concierge desk, fitness center and light SPA),
Business Services (reception, business center, mailroom, archive management, floor captains) and
Soft Services (cleaning, plants management, pest control, waste management).
• Implement site operating procedures, quality control plan, and define training requirements.
• Recruit, assess, manage and motivate the teams, ensuring that each employee is well qualified and trained to deliver high quality service
• Actively develop proposals for new service solutions / service innovations to meet and anticipate current and future needs
• Drive the assessment and the monitoring of the contract performance; report findings to the client
Profile:
An experienced executive manager from a mature market with a strong customer service mindset and excellent client relationship skills to transfer know how, adapt and implement international standards.
• Experience in budgets and financial management
• Rigorous, used to providing timely and effective reporting
• Strong marketing and customer service orientation
• People oriented, strong personal work ethics, possessing inspirational and collaborative management style
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
• Cross cultural communication at all the levels abilities
• High energy to perform consistently in a very demanding environment
• Fluent in English
Experience:
Minimum 10 years experience, with 3 – 5 years in UK, in food management for outsourcing industry
(managing more than 100 employees)
Conditions:
Full time contract
Full training on site provided
Evolution within the group at international level
