I am currently looking forward to join a big Chinese telecom vendor based in Shenzhen.But i dont know any thing about Shenzhen and the conditions in china. specially the accommodation cost (1 Bed room or 2 bed room flat), meals per day, TAX and transport, utility bills.
I will be earning 24000 YUAN per month, is it enough to work as a manager in Shenzhen,
Can i adjust my family easily....
How much i can save if i am living near HUAWEI Head quarter, like baicao garden or wanke city, can i get accomodation there....
Need suggestions and information about life in shenzhen...

I think 20% for tax will be too much. Should be within 3000 YUAN, they will tell you. Also not familiar with there. You will find out from internet. Thanks.

Many thanks andrew, i really appreciate this....as no one gave me the exact information....thats a good deal i think...how much will be the tax by the way on 24000...willl it be 20 % i suppose.....what is the nearest place to HUAWEI Head quarter office..like WANKE city, BACAO garden..or longhou....can u advise...

Shenzhen is a young and good city, you can get whatever you want, Taxi is cheap. First 2.4KM, 13YUAN, then 0.8YUAN/km. You can get 2 bedroom flat for around 1500 Yuan*month.Flat will be pretty good. Meals depends on what you ate. However, you can cook in your house or ate with HUAWEI's people. You will see. Won't be expensive. Expect 15-25 Yuan for personal food. I think you can at least save 10000YUAN a month with your kid in kindgarden.

Thanks for the reply, i am joining HUAWEI. But i dont know anything about Shenzhen. How much will be the TAX in this money, also for how much i can get 1 bedroom flat, what will be the cost of meals. can i get accomodation near HUAWEI and for how much....need your help in this regard...
