Hi,
I just found Just Landed while Googling for Zibo expats, or I would've been happy to help earlier. My name's Chris, and I'm in Zibo half of each year. Have you found the answers to your questions, or have you met other expats? I can put you in touch with several in Zhangdian district, and a couple bookstores that do sell English books. Mostly classics, but English all the same. Also, Taobao and Amazon are great sources of English-language books.
