Hello everyone,
I'm a bit confused about my employment contract and residence permit, and I cannot find the answer on migri website.
If my employer keeps renewing my contract only 1 year at a time (no contract longer than 1 year), then will I ever get a "type A" residency and finally be able to apply for citizenship or permanent residency?
Is there such thing as “permanent/indefinite employment contract” in Finland ?!
I just received my first residence permit which is "type B" and valid for exactly 1 year (duration of first employment contract). My employer is going to extend my contract by the end of 2014 but again only for another year (2015), and same thing in subsequent years.
