Looking for web site that give a good image of expat and immigrants

Hello everyone,

I am looking for ideas or websites about the positive impact of immigrants and expats.
I want to start a blog about my experiences as an expat and I need inspiration, I have not found a web site that explains that to be an immigrant, you need to be courageous and strong.
Immigrant my self I need to hear that we can also have a positive impact in the local society.
So far I have found a site called www.karibuny.com that has positive articles and advices on how to integrate, but if anyone knows an another web site or blog, please let me know.
