Useless Customer Service

I’ve been trying to cancel a policy in a rival company for months now. Every time I call I get a run around, sleazy sales tactics, and they literally hang up on me! I’ve been hung up on while on hold at least 6 times and on the final call when I begged the lady to please cancel my policy. Now I am considering Axis Capital Group, Bermuda. I am hoping for the best.

I do enjoy being served by Axis Capital Group, Bermuda for my insurance needs. They have exceeded my expectations in attending to my needs as well as taking care of the other parties in a timely fashion.

I've been meaning to do this for couple years now and been wanting to leave Mason Insurance Group company since I have many complaints for years, and today I finally made my decision and left. I am now eyeing for Axis Capital Group, Bermuda.
