    Hi Manoj,
I am sorry to hear that you have trouble to get a visa for Germany. Please visit the webside of the German embassy or Consulat, which is responsible for you. Where do you live in India? There you will find comprehensive information on how and where to apply for a visa. Please note that the embassy has the right to ask for additional documents and information besides the one they have listed on their webside.
In general you have to proof them that you can effort your journey to Germany, that the cost for your stay in Germany is covered and that you have no intention at all to stay longer in Germany than your visa has been approved for. In addition you have provided them with a confirmation letter ("Verpflichtungserklärung") by the person, who will invite you to Germany, stating that they will cover the cost for everything which is in relation to your stay in Germany. Such confirmation letter has been stamped and approved by the local aliens authority of the city, where the person who will invites you, lives.
Please send me an email to [...] if you require more concrete information.
    best regards,
    Claudia

Yes, I could go there without a visa, if I wouldnt be from India... Unfortunately, they want a visa from some countries and others not... :-( ... I wanted a visa for three months. Yes, they are very strict.
The problem is noone tells you there whats actually wrong. The internet just says the things which are really needed like a health insurance and some other papers. But to the additional papers, they keep silent. And even though if you ask them, they dont really say anything. My girlfriend has already been twice in the consulate to get informations, but they just send her away. Yes, I think I will try again for a shorter term in the winter time. That I can at least be together with her on Christmas.
Also good luck to you. If someone still knows something, please write me!
    Best wishes

if you get a passport u can stay there for up to 3 months with out a visa
idk how long u were wanting to stay
but the germans are very strict i hear.

they wont let me move to the country unless i speak fluent german
and they have to have a use for you (so i am told)

it is a gorgeous country and i hope u get there.

u should google "german consulate" and find their website to see what is wrong.

or just try to send in your visa application again

    3rd times a charm

Even though you maybe would not believe it, but I am really there just to visit my friends. As my girlfriend is also living there I would like to get to know her life back in Germany. So it would be nice if someone could help me, as I miss her very much

No help can be given if they refused your petition twice. There is obviously a substancial reason for them to do that.I dont really think you are going to germany just for "holidays",im sorry to be one of those brutally honest people.I might be wrong, hopefully, but thats my perception of the issue.
