I just wanted to let you all know about the local rugby club - SC Frankfurt 1880.
I have found some great friends there, and it is (and always has been - it is the oldest rugby club in Germany) a truly international club, so wherever you come from it's a great place to meet people young and old - and play some rugby if you're feeling sporty.
Currently, there are German, British, Kiwi, South African, French, Romanian, and Spanish players. Which means that the suppoters are a real international mixture too!
All the home games are posted on the website sc1880. de and there's a lovely restaurant there with a terrace, so you can watch the games in style (and in the dry in case it's too wet to sit in the stand!)!
