I don't have much time to cook on weekdays as I'm working, studying, answering my mails during the evening, etc... I was wondering if anyone could recommend me some good recipes that don't take long to prepare.. I like cooking very much but unfortunately I don't have much time,
Thanks in advance for your advice.

Germains call it Reibekuchen, russians call it Draniki
Grate 3-4 middle or 2 big potatoes . Add 1egg, pinch of salt and 3-4 tablespoon of the meal. put the part of the mix into the heated with oil frying pan.Fry on both sides. 15-20 minutes for everything.
Have a nice day!:)
