I travelled to Hong Kong last month. If you are looking for attractions, you can read a website MiracGoGo, which is about Hong Kong travel.
In that website, there is much information about scenic spot and also you can design trip plan by using the website function.
For hotels, Agoda is good website for booking hotels in Hong Kong.
It is worth to take a look before planning the travel to Hong Kong.
