  I am worried about the print speed because I need to do multi-tasks in the organization.

  You should consider the quality of images. I am using Sharp MX-414N. It has two color options and copy resolution is 600 x600 dpi.

  I used Canon. It has 1200 dpi print resolution and able to scan in color.
