My bank refuses to provide me with any shekels in cash. Is it possible to use other currencies to pay for the taxi or train ride to T.A.?
Or is the currency exchange office open all hours at the airport? How do you folks deal with that?

In spite of the backward policies of the Israeli government, TA airport is quite up to date and you will find ATM machines and money changers all over the place. You do mean Israel dontcha? When I lived there, it was a second religion.
