by the way how do they manage driving their lives, in the sense that, you should work no matter in government or private institution but to make some bucks (money) to live on?

Although this was posted by u a while back,, i am just seeing it....N e ways...some of us do work (seriously) and then some of us just seem to chill alot of the times. :o)) I have been driving to work in the a.m. and you have people partying in the streets and they had been doing just that alllll night long....See for urself....It might be loud and u dont understand a word of what is being said...but this is real Dancehall....and these "dance" are attended by all sorts of people...even some brave tourists.....lol...:o)
