Moving to Kuwait for Job, Need Suggestions

Hi, One of my friends has applied for an Oil and Gas company in Kuwait through a consultancy located in Mumbai, India. He has been selected for the position. How to be clear if the offer letter he is going to receive is from the authentic sources. How should we check from our end. Kindly suggest!!
