    Hello sisters & brothers,
    I am new here.Reading so many different posts im totally confused with what exactly needs to be done. I am here in Kuwait and my wife who was on a visit visa to Kuwait just returned to the Phil a few days back. I will be applying for the dependent visa and sending it to her in the Phil. Someone kindly guide me whats the next steps she need to take upon receiving the dependent visa. I would like to have her back in Kuwait asap.
    After reading a couple of comments I understood she need to 1st fix up an appointment with GAMCA. Then once upon getting the medical results she needs to have her NBI authenciated by the DFA. Then I read something about an NOC from certain people but some didnt mention anything about any NOC. If an NOC is required where can she get it from and after all this visiting the Kuwait Embassy is the final for the visa stamping. Will she need to show a ticket itinerary to the embassy when she goes for the stamping or is it ok to buy the ticket after completing all the processing coz i dont want later we will have to rebook for another date.

    She is from the Bohol, will she be able to do her medicals IN Bohol or will it have to be done only in Manila. I read some posts referring to DHL who can also do the Embassy stamping so in that case I think she wont need to come to Manila for any processing instead oly at the time when I schedule her departure date. Looking forward for a reply asap. Thanks to all of you for your comments, its helpful in some way.
