    From last time, 2 years ago from my experience, my wife took nbi clearance for international use which she brought to DFA manila for authentication and brought to Kuwait embassy for again authentication, medical test must be conducted by accredited clinics of GAMCA, and original visa from Kuwait. For the new rules please call the above mentioned numbers for the updated procedures. She may also visit any nearest DHL courier to inquire regarding the documents needed for visa stamping on her passport as the stamping procedures can only be done thru DHL. They know all the documents needed.
