    @vatar,, yes it was attested by Kuwait Embassy(Phils.) after i had the authentication from DFA(Phils.). kc the employer needed the docs( & NBI ) for them to apply for a work visa( in Kuwait), not by a courier but through email of course it should be a clear scanned copy of it all. as for now i am waiting for the work visa by email & by courier(orig'l. ).
