what dot stands for? is it dept. of tourism or what? This is my first time to hear about it, and even owwa is not required for a dependent visa holder. Here are the step by step procedure (this was applicable 2 years ago not sure about now) - for updated procedure please call Kuwait embassy in taguig

(Before you follow these steps, I want to inform you that these procedures were done 2 years ago) - Updated procedures will be given to you by Kuwait Embassy Taguig, so call them.

Step1: Go to GAMCA (located at J.Bacobo St., in U.N Manila), get a medical schedule on their accredited clinics. GAMCA will assign which clinic you have to go to. Be sure to bring your original visa, passport copy (better bring original) and present it for them to give you a medical schedule.

Step2: Once passed, gamca will stamp "FIT TO WORK" with gamca logo on your original visa, medical result and passport.

Step3: You may do this on any date you prefer, get NBI clearance for international use (foreign travel use) usually it's green in color. Once you have it, bring it to DFA Manila located near Libertad station of LRT going to Roxas Blvd. for authentication, usually it takes one day to process and u can get it the day after.

Step4: Once you have your authenticated NBI clearance from DFA Manila, you can send it to Kuwait Embassy thru DHL. ***DHL staff will inform u what documents you need to send, usually they are asking for original and copy of passport, original and copy of visa, original and copy of medical test with "fit to work" stamp, 2x2 id photos, original and copy of Nbi clearance authenticated by DFA. These documents as I said above were required 2 years ago, for current updates about this, you may call Kuwait Embassy and they will guide you for the latest procedures. I'm not sure if there are additional procedure to be done. But to be sure, call them to avoid problems in the airport.
