    your welcome...i understand your situation ganyan din me dati pero taga manila lang kasi me kaya mdyo malapit sakin ung mga location like medical,old DFA and kuwait embassy.
    today is saturday here kaya ala me macontact na mga office dont worry mag search pa me ng clinic accreditted ng GAMCA in davao right!dala u ba ung marriage contract nio its better pa translate u na dyan sa kuwait and pa lagyan u ng stamp sa embassy natin
    here the requirements u need to submit
    NBI w/ authenticated ribbon
    NOC nio ni baby
    passport nio ni baby
    medical nio ni baby
    pics nio ni baby (2x2)colored background
    marriage contract
    birthcertificate ni baby im sure with authenticated din un
    like i said its better u check also pag dito ka na phil tawag ka sa DHL or sa kuwait embassy here in phil.
